Founded in 2006, Milander is a boutique
architecture firm specializing in resorts,
residential, and retail or commercial projects.
We believe that hotels should feel like a home
away from home, and homes should have the
understated luxury found in the best hotels.
We are licensed and have completed projects in
four states - Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada.

FIFTEEN YEARS & COUNTING

As we enter our fifteenth year of business and slowly re-enter the world post pandemic, we wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate, to rediscover and recommit to our values and what we believe in, and begin intentionally charting the way to at least another fifteen ahead.

Challenging as this past year has undoubtedly been, the enforced stay-at-home orders have truly given us a brand new perspective on the spaces we inhabit, and just how integral they are to both our personal and collective well-being. We look forward to implementing these invaluable lessons as we continue to strive towards the architecture of meaningful living.

We our pleased to launch our new name, identity, and website – the result of a long, and fruitful collaboration with the talented branding studio The Letterist, and only the beginning of the exciting future that lies ahead.
